Connected

A hub is where the action is,

a place where friends all gather round,
like-minded individuals form

a community built on common ground

A hub can also represent

a home of sorts for seeking souls
a place where we can all find solace
and fan these embers into coals

This hub shines light out to the world
and acts as a beacon for ones like me
to guide me safely past the rocks
safe from samsara, the raging sea

And so, a tribute to my friend Hubbs
gratitude felt for him hearing this call,
the hub who holds this space for us
whose welcoming presence connects us all
